This is a trade justice group dedicated to informing the public about CETA, the Comprehensive and Economic Trade Agreement currently being negotiated by the Harper Government between Canada and the EU. If we allow CETA to pass, Canadian public services, crown corporations and water will be owned by foreign corporations from the EU. We are associated with the Council of Canadians and welcome all new members who care about the fate of our country and communities.
This is a group for folks looking to learn all the myriad of ways to live a sustainable, community-focused lifestyle. This could include eating and sourcing locally made goods, supporting local, small businesses, organic gardening, natural building techniques, to name a few.
