… I like the idea of locating the community in the city somewhere, since I think urban living is more sustainable than rural living, but this is an arguable point. I also like the idea of an artistic/musical community. Anyway, if this sounds like you...post! Like I said, I'm taking this slowly and I'm anticipating extensive dialogue before the real work begins.
