This group has been held at The Divine Life Church in Baltimore for the past 15 years. Each month, we discuss one passage from the Tao Te Ching written by the Taoist sage Lao Tzu.  It might be nice in the future if Fred would great newcomers who come through the meetup. Had I not been a practioner of Zen Buddhism or some similar practice, I might have been very confused about what was going on. I don't think Fred explained any of this in the group description. Perhaps such an addition would be helpful. Although it is possible that there would be those who would feel inhibited, but if they came and sat through the meditation and gave the Swami a chance, they might be more receptive. It's a difficult call.
