Hey all,
Just wanted to start some discussion about the most prime example of New Urbanist architecture to hit Rochester in the last 5 years. ![]() I suppose this is a difficult question to word, but how do you all feel about the Sagamore's contributions to urbanity? Breaking down the question further, do you like or dislike the architecture? Do you prefer a living arrangement with shops on the ground floor? I know the condos themselves are largely out of most people's price range, but would you like to buy into a similar setup with smaller, more affordable units? Do you feel parking is a must or would something like this allow you to live car-free? Feel free to add any other thoughts about it or compare it to other city developments as I feel it is a good (though very bourgeois) example of what we are all about. -Bob |
